Appointments are first come, first served. I use Square for payment processing and appointment scheduling. Credit card, ACH debit, and cash are accepted methods of payment due at the time of service. Bounced check fees will be billed to the client.

My rate is $60.00 per hour rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. There is a one-hour minimum for house calls and a 15-minute minimum for phone calls or remote support. There is a $10.00 trip fee to drive out to your location. There may also be supply fees for items like cable labeling.
