I try to return calls within 24 hours during weekdays. Please be sure to leave your email address or a phone number where you can receive texts, if possible. This will make it easier for me to follow up and it’s more efficient than phone tag. I screen all calls so the more detail you can provide with your initial request, the better I can research and prepare so we can make the most of our time together. (If you are local to Tucson, I will provide my local mobile number upon request.) Appointments are first come, first served. Please allow ample time if you need to cancel so I can make other arrangements. I use Square to bill and process payment online by credit card. This secure service protects us both and it's easy to use. If you are local to Tucson, I also accept check and credit card in person. Payment is due at the time of service. (I do not share my personal mailing address, so I do not accept checks mailed to me.) Bounced check fees will be billed to the client. My rate is $60.00 per hour rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. There is a one-hour minimum for house calls and a 15-minute minimum for phone calls or remote support. There is a $10.00 trip fee to drive out to your location.
