📆 Appointments are first come, first served.
✍️ Please review my Confidentiality Agreement and Safety Statement prior to booking an appointment.
🕰️ There is a 1-hour minimum for in-person House Calls and a 15-minute minimum for phone calls or Remote Support. Be sure to book enough time for your issue or project.
💸 My rate is $60.00 per hour rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. 1 hour is reserved by default when booking, but you can specify the amount of time needed using the menu. I will update the time slot upon confirming.
🚙 A minimum $10.00 Trip Fee is automatically added to drive out to your location. There may also be supply fees for items like cable labeling when requested.
💳 Credit card, ACH debit (direct deposit), check*, and cash** are accepted methods of payment due at the time of service. *Bounced check fees will be billed to the client. TheMacMommy proudly accepts Apple Pay®
🔐 Square processes payments securely and my site has a Privacy Notice. I use a credential manager to securely store logins for collaborative projects.
